It’s easy to book a tutoring session with The Elenchus Institute. Here’s what you need to do:

Select the tab “Book a session” and then select either “In Person Session” or “On-line session”
Select whether you want a “Single Session” or a “Multiple Session” and the length of session that you want.

A calendar will appear for you to select the date and time that you want. Only available times will be displayed.

Select “Continue” if you are booking a single session.
Select “Recurring” if you are booking multiple sessions.

Recurring Payments

There are two types of recurring payments – “Recurring: Same Day & Time” or “Recurring: Different Days & Times”.

Recurring: Same Day & Time

Step One: First click Michael’s Calendar to see when Michael has space available at each week on the same day and at the same time. ( Click on “weekly view” at the top right hand corner)

Step Two: Select the date and time required

Step Three: Select the number of recurring appointments you wish to book by completing the “Repeat” field.

Step Four: When all the bookings you require have been made, click “Continue.” You will be taken to the payment screen.

N.B You have the option before clicking “continue” to delete any bookings by clicking the “x” next to the booking.

Recurring: Different Days & Times

Step One: click “Recurring” and select an available date and time for your first appointment.

Step Two: click “Choose additional times” then select the date and time for your second appointment. This process can be repeated until all the appointments you require are booked.

Step Three: When all the bookings you require have been made, click “Continue.” You will be taken to the payment screen.

N.B You have the option before clicking “continue” to delete any bookings by clicking the “x” next to the booking.

You will be asked to complete your credit/debit card information.
Then you can choose whether to pay in full now or pay later.
If you select pay later your reminder emails sent 48 hours before your booking will contain a link to enable you to pay for that individual session.

NB: You will be offered the opportunity to create an account to avoid re-entering your information when you next check in. It is advised that for ease of access you create an account and “log in” for future use. You will also be able to see past and future appointments.

NB: You will receive a confirmation email on which there is a link “view appointment details”. Please use this link to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

NB: Before your first on line session please click on the “GoToMeeting” tab and view the appropriate video which will show you how the system works. The “GoToMeeting ” tab can be found under the “WHY ONLINE TUTORING?” tab.
